- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- ~1 Tbsp of acidity (e.g. vinegars)
- ~2 Tbsp of sweet (e.g. brown sugar, molasses)
- ~1-3 Tbsp of spicy (e.g. hot sauce)
- Seasoning (warm, earthy + salt)
Korean BBQ Sauce⌗
Per 14 servings:
- 3/4 cup sweet
- 3/4 cup low-sodium umami (soy sauce, worcestershire, …)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp spice (chili paste, hot sauce, etc.)
- 1 Tbsp acidity (e.g. rice wine vinegar)
- Seasoning (warm, earthy, spicy)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch (any thickening agent)
- 1 Tbsp water (thickening agent activator)
