ROCm vs HIP SDK⌗

ROCm is AMD’s “open-source platform for GPU computing” w/ a particular focus on HPC (High-Performance Computing) and AI.

HIP SDK is a small subset of the ROCm intiative: the focus of enabling conversion of CUDA-specific applications to portable apps which work across AMD & NVIDIA.
